What did you receive?: I developed my own department and now have a team of 5. 

How did it feel? Did you believe it was already there? Did you allow it to show up?: I knew I was up to the challenge and really wanted more responsibility. I believed it was already there and that I just had to ask for it. I allowed it to show up when I spoke to management about allowing me to do more within the company. They were psyched that I was taking initiative and that they had someone they could trust that knew the product and could expand on our offering.
