My company paid me to go to school.

What did you ask for? : To be able to gain more knowledge and go back to school while having a stable position within a company.

What did you receive?: The opportunity to take online college courses. This allowed me to gain the necessary knowledge in an area I've been wanting to focus on so that I can take on more responsibility within my organization.

How did it feel prior to having it?: I knew that I would be able to get the needed knowledge by going to college. I was nervous that it would take me a longer time to finish college because I would have to work full time as well.

How did you feel? Did you believe it was already there? Did you allow it to show up?: I knew there were opportunities to take college courses online. I just didn’t realize how convenient it would be. I didn't even realize that my company had a way to off set the costs. As soon as I got clear that this would be a fun and really beneficial thing to do, I got into the research and things just seemed to show up. When I took the time to understand more about the education opportunities for students that have a busy schedule like myself, I could feel myself already getting stronger knowing that I could work full time and go to college while building my career.
