What did you ask for?: I asked for free or in-kind trade support for my start-up business, Un-Settling, a movement for fed-up women over 40 who are ready to stop settling for the hand they've been dealt and start living life on their terms.

What did you receive? : Two key barter arrangements in exchange for my coaching and mentorship: a marketing expert to take on my Facebook advertising and branding, and a money manifestation coach to help me turn my limited stories about abundance around.

How did you feel? Did you believe it was already there? Did you allow it to show up? : I felt like I won the lottery! And yes, I did believe it was already there, waiting for me, just as I am learning to trust that revenue is always there, waiting for me. But the biggest piece of it is that I *did* allow it to show up, instead of telling myself limiting stories like "It's weak to ask for help," and "I should be able to do this all by myself."
