What did you ask for?: To move from a very demanding, hands-on daily managerial role to leading projects so that I could free up time to raise a family, but continue with the work I loved.

Did you allow it to show up? : I was really happy and felt I could genuinely achieve two of the most fulfilling things in my life at the same time, instead of having to either give up one, or feel permanently guilty at short-changing one or the other.
