How did you feel? Did you believe it was already there? Did you allow it to show up? : I was drowning in minutia and tasks that was hurting my ability to be great in my job, thus I was unhappy and unproductive at work. I was seeing an executive coach at the time who encouraged me to ask for an admin. She gave me the permission I needed to hear, plus the words to ask in a constructive way- and it worked. I hired a dedicated admin about a month later and the happiness in my life increased!
